Yet, despite our best efforts, we acknowledge that challenges may arise.
Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, safeguarding against material and manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. This warranty encompasses issues such as faulty rivets, locks, and other hardware components present on our products. However, coverage is rendered void in cases of unreasonable wear, neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal belongings housed within, or if the item no longer suits your preferences. Please note that products purchased from retailers other than our online store are not eligible for warranty coverage. Additionally, items marked as Final Sale are exempt from Craftyther warranty policy and are non-returnable.
While we endeavor to repair your product whenever feasible, this is contingent upon the availability of necessary parts and materials. While we strive to match the original color and style of your product during repairs, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Should a repair prove unfeasible, we will offer a replacement or, if unavailable, issue store credit for the purchase price. For products purchased through third-party retailers, please contact them directly regarding warranty inquiries.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it ships, whichever comes first. Requests made after this period may not be guaranteed.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. That's why we offer a straightforward return policy:
- Returns must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must be received at our warehouse within 45 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
- For returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from the date received, store credit will be issued.
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days.
- The money will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order returned.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Gift returns will be processed as store credit only.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
For your convenience:
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided for ALL exchange requests (International Orders Excluded).
- We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed.
- If you prefer, you can use the carrier of your choice for your return.

Returns/Refunds due to Duty/Tax/Import Fees

In the event that a customer from Germany, the UK, or Canada chooses to return goods or declines delivery due to tax, duty, or import fees, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund. Customers are solely responsible for these charges as they are imposed by the respective government authorities.
