Processing Time: We provide shipping services worldwide. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Typically, shipping in India takes 3-5 business days, 7-10 business days worldwide to reach you after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and current postal service conditions.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your package. All product prices displayed on the website include shipping costs.
Delivery Process: Once your order is processed, each product undergoes a meticulous inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. After passing the final quality check, items are packed and entrusted to our reliable delivery partners. They strive to deliver your package to you as swiftly as possible. If they encounter difficulty reaching your provided address or scheduling delivery, they will contact you promptly to resolve the matter.
Order Tracking: Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive an email containing tracking information. You can conveniently track your package by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.
Delivery Address: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undeliverable Packages: In the event a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to rectify the address. If we're unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled, and a refund issued, minus the shipping cost.
Delivery issues: Should you encounter any delivery-related issues with your order, please contact us promptly at help@craftyther.com. We're committed to working with you to resolve any concerns.
*If you have paid express shipping charges and your address falls in any remote area then that amount will be adjusted for the remote area delivery charges. In this case, delivery will be made with standard shipping in 6-8 days. In any event of a late delivery, Craftyther Leather Bags will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays.
